You can personalise your text messages with any contact property/field in HubSpot. This includes custom contact properties/fields you create. Simply include the field name in curly brackets e.g.” Hi {first name}, we look forward to meeting you at {event}. Click here for directions {event_link}.”

When contacts reply to your text messages you need to know so that you can respond quickly. You can choose to send email notifications of reply text messages either to the HubSpot contact owner, a single nominated email, or both.
