Create invoices automatically

When a deal stage is changed to Closed/Won in HubSpot the contact or company is created in Xero and an Invoice is automatically created with your specific parameters.

Display invoices in HubSpot

Xero invoices for companies or contacts are displayed in the HubSpot company or contact record.

Links in both directions

Xero invoices created by the HubSpot automation are linked both ways. Link from HubSpot to the Xero invoice and from the Xero invoice to the HubSpot deal.

Payments Shown in HubSpot

When a payment is made, it appears on the HubSpot company or contact record. No need to have your sales team logging into Xero to check the status of payments!
