Common questions
My Xero invoice wasn't created.
Check that Xero and HubSpot both show Connected on your Connections page, that invoice creation is switched on in your Integration Settings, and that the deal reached one of your trigger stages. If it still hasn't been created, email us the deal name and we'll look into it.
I need to reconnect HubSpot or Xero.
Sign in and open your Connections page, then click Reconnect next to the connection. Your settings are kept.
I'm coming close to my monthly invoice limit.
You can upgrade from the Billing page in your account. If you need more than 500 invoices a month or more than two Xero organisations, email us for custom pricing.
How do I cancel or uninstall?
You can cancel at any time by emailing us. To remove the app from HubSpot, uninstall it from your HubSpot connected apps settings. See our privacy policy for what happens to your data.
